This cowl was designed to use one skein of fingering weight yarn and a small contrasting leftover or mini skein. It is up to you, if you want to use a solid or variegated yarn for your main color. Keep in mind, that a variegated yarn will eventually start pooling, as the rows get shorter.
You will need:
1 skein of fingering weight yarn 400 meters per 100 grams
20 g mini skein or leftover of fingering weight yarn in a contrasting color
2 sets of 3.5 mm circular knitting needles (60 or 80 cm long)
1 stitch marker
1 progress keeper or removable stitch marker
tapestry needle
